Using robocopy from the Windows Server 2003 resource kit from a Windows XP
computer

E: is a USB drive.
Z: is a mapped drive to a volume on a Windows 2000 Advanced Server.

robocopy Z: E: /E /B /A /COPYALL /R:3 /W:1

The /A switch is not reseeting the Archive bit.

This prohibits me from running an incremental backup.

Any ideas??

Thanks!
